Returns & Exchanges

RE/DONE offers returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain final sale items and vintage collaborations may be excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
